First steps into the GitHub repository of the EEG platform

Electrophysiological signal analyses require ad hoc expertise in signal processing, programming skills and computational resources. While open toolboxes for i/M/EEG signals increase the diffusion and ease the access to advanced data analysis tools, applying the best analytical methods within the vast number of possible approaches represents a big challenge. The EEG platform at the DNC aims at optimizing the access to available resources and expertise in the department and close research units through a GitHub repository of data processing pipelines. The goal is to reproduce published results or established findings in the field. Thomas Kustermann, from Marzia De Lucia’s lab, will present the first project in the repository with a processing pipeline for carrying out resting state and connectivity analysis of EEG as recently published.
